On protected pool canyon cove, Hudson bend area off hwy 620 between
Lakeway and Mansfield dam. Spacious 5500+ sq foot, three balconies,
patio, large living, satellite tv, dvd, vcr, playstation 2, Massage
room with massage table, 3 full baths have whirlpool tub.
Large playroom with pool table, basketball court.

Modern 3 slip dock with 2 lifts and second story deck over water.
Good dock and water access at all lake levels. Boat ramp accessible
average to full levels. 2 miles from public boat ramp.

Near great restaurants- Oasis, Iguana Grill, Hudson on the bend, Los
Pinos, Hill country Pasta House, County Line, Boat House grill,
Carlos N Charlie’s.

Emerald point marina a few blocks away offers watercraft rentals.
Put Put golf by marina. Great little water park across lake at
Volente Beach (really has a beach!).

Wooded natural 1 acre lot, lots of birds, butterflies,
something is in bloom almost year round-
Wisteria, Jasmine, Honeysuckle, Coral Honeysuckle,
Lantana, Butterfly bush, wildflowers of all sorts.

o    Upstairs bedrooms share a large bath with whirlpool corner tub, circular corner shower,
10 feet of vanity and 2 sinks, toilet with privacy door.

o    Linens and towels provided.

o    Main floor there is a massage room with separate temperature control,
we can arrange for a massage therapist for $100 per hour.

o    Laundry room with large capacity frontloading washer and dryer.

o    Kitchen is a chefs dream, two 4 burner smooth cooktops, two ovens, a
1200 w microwave, toaster/convection oven, oversize refrigerator.
Cookware, ovenware, utensils, dinnerware, stainless and glassware provided.
Also Coffee maker, blender, crock pot, countertop mixer.
Huge pantry with acres of shelves and an upright deep freeze.

o    3 car garage with half bath. Guest parking for 5 cars.

Live outdoor music venue the Back Yard, big names play there, 620
and 71, about 20 min.

·         Boat / Jet ski rentals down Hiline Rd at Emerald Point Marina, 1 min.
Parasailing and water park at Volente beach club boat across the
lake, 5 min by boat or north on 620 to right on Volente Road by car
30 min.

·         Large shopping malls/shopping areas 15 min north on 620 and 15 min
south on 620.

·         Hippie Hollow county park legal (nude) beach. No kids allowed. North
on 620, left on Comanche trail past the Oasis follow signs 15 min.

·         Oasis, American, live music, great lake view, great sunset view, Comanche trial off 620 north, 10 minutes.

·         Carlos N Charlie’s, night life, music, down Hiline road , 1 min.

·         County Line Barbecue dining in style on waterfront, 620 North, right on 2222, just past 360, 15 min.

·         HEB grocery, Target, banking, Walgreens
